Suzanne Nuccitelli, Stellar Fit LLC
Contact: [email protected] Suzanne is a USA Triathlon Level I and Youth & Junior Certified Coach and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Suzanne has always been a “runner” as a means of coping with an overly scheduled and hectic life. She came to triathlon late in life, starting her first season when she turned 40. That first season on a bike she borrowed from a neighbor 8 years ago, was life changing. Suzanne became enthralled with learning how the body worked and how to improve herself as an athlete. This led to her returning to school to take classes such as anatomy and physiology, obtaining her personal trainer certification and her triathlon coaching certification. Not only did she want to learn how to train her own body better, she wanted to spread the joy and enthusiasm of triathlon and any related exercise to others. While Suzanne has coached all levels of individual clients to reach their triathlon goals, her favorite athletes are the ones brand new to the sport who do not see themselves as athletes. She also enjoys using triathlon to help kids stay active in a fun and positive manner. Suzanne has also coached event specific triathlon training classes at the YMCA of Northwest Austin and private, small group classes. In addition to triathlon coaching, Suzanne coaches a City of Austin, summer recreational swim team (kids aged 6-17). |
DTH Endurance (Shawn Phillips)
Contact: [email protected] DTH Endurance was started to provide an individual training experience by certified coaches for endurance athletes. Our program is geared toward the athlete who has begun training or has a base but needs support to get to the next level of endurance and needs help to stay on track. Our athletes also have commitments outside of training--family, work and home. With this in mind we work with our athletes to plan a build up to an event or a season by breaking training down to a daily/weekly structure. Realistic Training for Realistic Goals is what we strive for you. You shouldn't have to stress about a plan during your preparation for the big event. Because we work with individuals to meet their goals and expectations, we don't have a huge list of athletes at any given time. We will take on 3-6 athletes per coach at any given time during the year. We don't send out cookie cutter plans, because we know things happen during training, and plans need to adjust to accommodate issues. Most importantly, we want the experience to be positive and for any athlete to know at the start line: The work is done; The race is a formality; I will be successful. |
